When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We also collect property analysis data you enter, usage analytics, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the DoorDime service
• Process payments via Stripe
• Send transactional emails (verification codes, receipts)
• Aggregate anonymized analytics to improve the product

3. Third-Party Services

We share data only with service providers that help us operate DoorDime:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google OAuth — social sign-in
• Vercel — hosting and analytics

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

Your account data and saved analyses are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted via TLS. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
